Knee push-up
A push-up from the knees: the first step toward full push-ups.

How to do it
- Kneel with hands a little wider than shoulders and walk them forward until hips and knees form a line.
- Lower your chest toward the floor with elbows about 45 degrees from your sides.
- Press back up, keeping the line from knees to head.
Common mistakes
- Bending at the hips with the bottom sticking up.
- Only moving the head down instead of the whole chest.
