Kettlebell snatch
A powerful one-arm swing that takes the kettlebell from between your legs to overhead in one motion.

How to do it
- Hinge and hike the kettlebell back between your legs like a swing.
- Drive your hips through and pull the bell up close to your body.
- Punch your hand through at the top so the bell settles overhead with a straight arm, then guide it back down.
Common mistakes
- Letting the bell flip over and bang the back of your forearm.
- Lifting with the arm instead of hip power.
