Kettlebell clean
A hip-driven pull that brings the kettlebell from between your legs to the rack position at your shoulder.

How to do it
- Hinge with a flat back and hike the kettlebell back between your legs.
- Snap your hips forward and pull the bell close to your body.
- Rotate your hand around it so it lands softly in the rack position on your forearm.
Common mistakes
- Letting the kettlebell swing wide and slam onto your forearm.
- Pulling with the arm instead of driving through the hips.
