Incline dumbbell fly
A chest stretch-and-squeeze move on an incline bench that targets the upper chest.

How to do it
- Lie on a bench set to a low incline and hold dumbbells above your chest with palms facing each other.
- Open your arms in a wide arc with soft elbows until you feel a stretch across the chest.
- Squeeze the dumbbells back together along the same arc.
Common mistakes
- Lowering too deep so the shoulders feel strained.
- Bending and straightening the elbows so it turns into a press.
