Glute bridge march
A glute bridge where you alternate lifting each foot to challenge hip stability.

How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and lift into a glute bridge with hips level.
- Keeping the hips high and still, lift one foot a few centimetres off the floor.
- Place it down and lift the other foot, alternating without letting the hips drop or rotate.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag or twist when a foot lifts.
- Arching the lower back to push the hips higher.
