How to do it
- Pick up a heavy dumbbell or kettlebell in each hand with a hip hinge.
- Stand tall, shoulders down, and walk with short, steady steps.
- Set the weights down with control at the end of the time.
Common mistakes
- Leaning to one side or letting the shoulders round forward.
- Picking the weights up with a rounded back.
