A beginner-friendly deadlift using dumbbells beside your legs.

How to do it
- Stand with dumbbells at your sides and feet hip-width apart.
- Hinge at your hips and bend your knees to lower the weights while keeping your back flat.
- Drive through your feet and stand tall, squeezing your glutes at the top.
Common mistakes
- Rounding the lower back at the bottom.
- Letting the dumbbells drift away from your legs.
