Cable chest press
A standing press that trains the chest with constant tension and a free path.

How to do it
- Set both handles at chest height, step forward into a split stance and hold the handles at chest level.
- Brace your abs and press the handles forward until your arms are nearly straight.
- Return slowly with your elbows slightly below shoulder height.
Common mistakes
- Leaning forward and letting the lower back arch.
- Letting the elbows flare high out to the sides.
