Renegade row
A plank position with a dumbbell row on each side that trains back and core stability together.

How to do it
- Start in a high plank with hands on two dumbbells and feet wider than shoulder-width.
- Brace your core, then row one dumbbell to your ribs without twisting your hips.
- Lower it back and row the other side.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the hips and chest as you row.
- Rushing reps with hips sagging; use lighter weights or drop to your knees.
