Landmine squat
A goblet-style squat with a landmine bar that helps you stay upright.

How to do it
- Anchor the bar end in a landmine and hold the free end against your chest with both hands.
- Brace your core and squat down with your knees tracking over your toes while the bar arcs forward.
- Drive through your feet to stand tall again, keeping the bar close to your chest.
Common mistakes
- Letting your chest fall forward as the bar swings away.
- Letting the heels lift off the floor at the bottom.
