Hip adduction

How to do it
- Sit with your back against the pad and the pads against the inside of your knees.
- Squeeze your legs together in a smooth movement.
- Open slowly to a comfortable stretch without letting the weights crash.
Common mistakes
- Starting with the legs opened further than is comfortable.
- Using momentum instead of a controlled squeeze.
