Raise light dumbbells in front of you to train the front shoulders.

How to do it
- Stand tall with dumbbells in front of your thighs, palms facing you or each other.
- With a slight elbow bend, raise the weights in front of you to shoulder height.
- Lower slowly without swinging.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back and swinging the weights up.
- Lifting far above shoulder height.
