How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than shoulders and toes turned out, holding one dumbbell hanging in front of you.
- Keep your chest up and sit down between your legs, with knees tracking over your toes.
- Press through your whole foot to stand up and squeeze your glutes at the top.
Common mistakes
- Knees collapsing inward instead of following the toes.
- Rounding the lower back or leaning far forward at the bottom.
