Banded good morning
A hip hinge with a band that trains the hamstrings and glutes without a barbell.

How to do it
- Stand on a band and loop the other end behind your neck or over your shoulders, feet hip-width apart.
- Push your hips back with soft knees and a flat back until you feel a hamstring stretch.
- Squeeze your glutes to drive your hips forward and stand tall.
Common mistakes
- Rounding the lower back as you lean forward.
- Bending the knees so much that it becomes a squat.
