What's inside
No star ratings or quotes from users yet. Here is what you get today, and you can read all of it without an account.
- 22 ready-made programmes
- 286 exercises with step-by-step technique
- 286 exercises with a video demonstration
Everything in one place
Know what you did last time.
Open a session and every exercise shows your previous numbers. After a solid session FitScore suggests a small step up, using a simple rule, not AI. Beat your best and the new personal record is flagged straight away.
- Last time and previous sets in view while you log
- A suggested next load you can apply with one tap
- Personal records and a rest timer built in
Log a meal in seconds.
Search foods, scan a barcode, or tap a recent or favourite to log it again. Quick add takes just calories when you are in a hurry, and a water card keeps the day's total.
- Barcode lookup, recents and favourites
- Quick add, your own recipes and meal-photo estimates you review
- Daily water, calories and macros at a glance
Progress from what you actually did.
Weekly sessions, streaks, training volume and estimated strength are drawn only from completed sets, so unfinished sets and prescribed targets never inflate your numbers.
- Sessions this week and your current streak
- Volume trend and estimated one-rep max (an estimate, not a tested max)
- Switch between 30 days, 90 days, a year or all time
Start with a plan, not a blank page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I try FitScore without an account?
Yes. Browse the ready-made programmes, explore exercises, look up foods and calculate a meal without creating a user or signing in. Your guest meal stays in this browser tab; saving training and food requires an account.
What does it cost?
FitScore is free to start. Payments are not live, so nothing is charged and no card details are collected. If paid plans arrive, we will say what they include and what they cost before you pay.
Are the workout suggestions AI?
No. The suggested next load comes from a simple rule based on your last session. The optional AI assistant is separate, can be wrong and is not medical advice.
How do human coaches work?
Coaches are independent and approved by an admin before they appear. You send a request, and if they accept, you control what they can see. Payments are not live yet, and there are no ratings or reviews to show.
Where does nutrition information come from?
Public food search uses Open Food Facts, a community-maintained product database, alongside Danish DTU food data. Information can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check the package label and treat nutrition totals as estimates.
Is FitScore medical advice?
No. FitScore helps organise training and food, not diagnose or treat health conditions. Adjust exercise to your ability and consult a qualified professional when you need individual guidance.
What happens to my data?
You can download or delete your data from Settings at any time, and we ask for your explicit consent before storing health data. The privacy policy lists the processors we use and your rights.
