Wall sit
Hold a seated position against a wall to build thigh endurance. Logged as seconds held.

How to do it
- Lean your back against a wall and walk your feet out about two foot-lengths.
- Slide down until the knees are bent as far as is comfortable, up to about 90 degrees.
- Hold while breathing steadily, then stand up by walking the feet back in.
Common mistakes
- Letting the knees fall inward.
- Holding the breath or pushing on the thighs with the hands.
