Ring row
A bodyweight row on gymnastic rings that builds the upper back and biceps.

How to do it
- Hold the rings with straight arms and lean back with your body in a straight line and feet on the floor.
- Pull the rings toward your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower under control until your arms are straight again.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag so the body line is lost.
- Shrugging the shoulders toward the ears instead of pulling the elbows back.
