How to do it
- Hinge forward with a flat back, one hand on a bench or your knee and a kettlebell in the other hand.
- Row the bell toward your hip, leading with your elbow.
- Lower slowly until your arm is straight, without twisting your torso.
Common mistakes
- Twisting the torso to heave the weight up.
- Shrugging the shoulder up toward the ear.
