Cable reverse fly
A rear-delt fly with constant cable tension that also trains the upper back.

How to do it
- Set both pulleys at shoulder height, cross the cables and hold each handle in the opposite hand with soft elbows.
- Pull your arms out and back in a wide arc until they are in line with your shoulders.
- Return slowly without letting the weight stack touch down.
Common mistakes
- Shrugging the shoulders or using body momentum.
- Bending the elbows so far that it becomes a row.
